Board Member
Maria Dolores Losoya
Maria Dolores Losoya has Maria has over 15 years of work experience in the field of domestic violence, beginning her service with the Mariposa Community Health Center as a volunteer and later as a Health Promoter and Outreach Worker. Maria managed the Santa Cruz County Multidisciplinary Battered Immigrant Women Task Force Program and was the Battered Immigrant Women Project Coordinator for Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services. As Deputy Director of the Way of the Heart, The Promotora Institute, Maria handled all facets of training, prevention programs, legal clinics and community liaisons for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. Since 1994, Maria has led a weekly radio program, at KNOG Stereo Manantial, "Platicamos Salud". Maria is a board member of Hands of a Friend and the Santa Cruz County Response Team.

Francine Sharp
Francine Sharp is currently the Director of the Pinal County Attorney’s Family Advocacy Center, in Eloy, Arizona. Prior to coming to Arizona four years ago she worked in the judicial system of Los Angeles Superior Courts, Los Angeles, California for 20 years, and in Social Services in California for 15 years where she assisted individuals and families in crisis situations. Mrs. Sharp has over 30 years experience working with victims of domestic violence, and sexual assault. She has served as a board member for a non-profit organization which assisted victims of domestic violence to get out of their violent situations, and reestablish themselves in a safe environment. She has served as a volunteer counselor for domestic violence, and sexual assault victims.
